How It Works
A simple, streamlined process from registration to payment
Verification & Registration
Upon registration, your active law license is instantly verified against your provincial Law Society database via our automated cross-referencing system. You will only be authorized to review applications for businesses registered within the province(s) where you are actively licensed to practice.
Auto-Assignment & Alerts
You receive an instant notification when a new application in your jurisdiction is auto-assigned to your queue. You have 12 hours to accept the application before it is auto-assigned to the next available lawyer.
No Limits
We provide the optionality for lawyers to go into their Lawyer Portal at any time and pickup as many or as little applications as they would like to complete. No limits or constraints to your earning potential.
The Audit
You log in to the secure document portal to review the applicant's ownership document submissions to cross-reference them and verify them with their application details submitted.
Decision
You mark the application as "Recommend Approve" or "Recommend Decline" based on the documentation submitted by the client confirming they are 100% Canadian Owned & Operated.
Payment
Once an Admin reviews and approves or declines the application recommendation, the $200 fee is credited to your account for payout.

Legal Partners earn $200 CAD for every completed application review.
Applications are auto-assigned to Legal Partners based on the province in which they are licensed. You can also log in to the Lawyer Portal at any time to pick up additional files from the general pool in your jurisdiction.
If you do not accept the application within the 12-hour window, it is automatically released to the next available lawyer in the queue to ensure clients receive timely assistance. You can pick it up later from the general pool if it remains unclaimed.
No. Legal Partners operate as independent contractors. You retain your autonomy and can accept as many or as few files as your schedule permits.
