Reliance on Submitted Information
Our verification determinations are based entirely on the completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of the documents and information submitted by the Applicant.
No Liability for Applicant Fraud
100% Canadian Owned & Operated is not liable for any claims, damages, or misrepresentations resulting from an Applicant submitting falsified, forged, or misleading documentation. If an Applicant conceals information regarding foreign beneficial ownership, our certification is rendered void, but we bear no liability for the deception.

C. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 100% Canadian Owned & Operated, its officers, directors, employees, or third-party legal partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum Liability
The total aggregate liability of 100% Canadian Owned & Operated to a Member or Applicant for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be strictly limited to the amount of fees actually paid by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
2Service Availability
We strive to keep our application portal and verification database active 24/7. However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays in the verification process caused by system outages, third-party service failures, or incomplete document submissions.
D. Intellectual Property and Use of Seal
1License to Use
Active, verified Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display the "100% CANADIAN OWNED" Seal.
This license is contingent upon maintaining active membership and valid ownership status.
Upon expiration or revocation of membership, the business must immediately cease all use of the Seal on physical and digital assets.
2Revocation of Status
100% Canadian Owned & Operated reserves the right to revoke certification and the license to use our Seal at any time if:
Member fails to pay renewal or reprocessing fees
Member is found in violation of 100% Canadian ownership criteria
Member engages in conduct damaging our reputation
E. Final Acknowledgement
By using this website, applying for certification, or displaying our Seal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and limitations.
